We are the oldest university
The Ivan Franko National University of Lviv is a classic institution that is not only faithful to traditions, but also aims to modernize all areas of its activity.
It is thanks to the development in the scientific, educational and cultural spheres that the University occupies one of the best positions in international and all-Ukrainian rankings, in particular, in 2021, these indicators were:
Third place in the scientific-metric database "Scopus";
Third place in the Consolidated rating of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine;
4-9 (1000+) in THE rating;
7 (1001–1200) in the QS ranking;
Second place in U-Multirank;
Sixth place among the list of TOP-200 Ukraine;
23 position in Webometrics.
